Travel Discounts for the
2003 South Central District Fall Convention

  

 

 

AIRFARE - SOUTHWEST AIRLINES

 

Attendees will receive up to 10% off most of Southwest Airlines' published fares (taxes, facility charges associated with some fares, and security fees cannot be discounted).  Reservations must be made through Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations Department by calling (800)433-5368 and give the airline representative the I.D. Code - P0109.  The Group and Meetings Reservations Department is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Central Standard Time.  Airline reservations must be made at least one month prior to travel date to qualify for discount.  Attendees will receive the most affordable rate that is available at the time reservations are made.  Attendees purchasing tickets through the airline's Internet site or through general reservations will not receive discounted rates.  Discounted rates are available for tickets purchased solely through the Group and Meetings Reservations Department (800)433-5368. 

 

AIRFARE - CONTINENTAL AIRLINES

 

Continental Airlines offers varying levels of discounts depending on the city of origination.  Discounts are generally between 3% and 10%.  Attendees will receive an additional 5% discount when tickets are issued 60 days or more before the travel

date. To take advantage of discounted fares on Continental Airlines call MeetingWorks at (800)468-7022 and provide the Z Code - ZWA4 and the Agreement Code U67HV6.  The MeetingWorks Department is open every day from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.  Discounted fares may not be combined with any other discount offer, coupon or certificate.  A minimum 2-day stay in Houston is required in order to receive the discounted fare.  

 

 

CAR RENTAL - NATIONAL CAR RENTAL

 

National Car Rental is offering discount car rental rates for attendees renting vehicles between October 17, 2003 and November 2, 2003. Discount rates do not include taxes, airport fees or optional charges like refueling services, etc.  Discounted rates may not be combined with certificates, coupons or other discount programs.  For reservations, attendees should call National Car Rental at (800)227-7368 and give the National representative the I.D. Number - 6801195 and Convention Sponsor - Houston Rose Society.  Reservations may also be booked online at www.nationalcar.com.  Attendees must use the ID number to receive discounted rates.
